Superintendent Letter to Durand Familes
I am writing to everyone to discuss some things that have been weighing heavily on my heart these last few days as certain realities have begun to settle in and become real. It is expected that tomorrow Governor Whitmer will issue an Executive Order prohibiting schools from reopening for regular classes through the end of the academic year. The symptoms of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) are fever, cough and shortness of breath. If your child is ill, keep them home from school and notify the school of your child’s absence. A child with a heavy cough and cold, vomiting, and/or fever should stay home. (Read the full letter below)
